Being together, knowing there is an opportunity to share or simply being present without talking, reinforces a feeling of acceptance. This is rarely reflected back to us from the outside world and its lack can extinguish motivation.

Despite this we spend a lot of our energy and professional activity striving to learn more and better serve our patients.
