Relationship between organopathy and homoeopathy in view of Dr Burnett

Abstract

Homeopathy is a healing science capable of producing miraculous results. Throughout its history, Hahnemann, Bönninghausen, Kent, Boger and many other pioneers demonstrated their unique understanding regarding prescribing and case management. Apart from these homeopaths, one of the most versatile homeopaths, Dr James Compton Burnett (hereafter Burnett), was famous for his way of understanding the philosophy of homeopathy, prescribing method and case management. Among other revelations, Burnett pioneered the theory and practice of organopathy. This article examines the place of organopathy (or organotherapy) in historical and contemporary contexts.
