Abstract
This is a case of a 39 year old woman with heavy and painful periods and anticipation anxiety, treated with homeopathy. The case was taken in an Australian student clinic with the patient online in the UK. The case report centres around the aggravation experienced on taking the remedy. Suggestions are made on mitigating the symptoms of the reaction as well as alternatives that could have been explored. This case is important as it demonstrates the importance of appropriate posology alongside the correct remedy, and ensuring homeopaths have techniques on hand to assist their sensitive clients in the case of aggravation.
