Of mousetraps and ping-pong balls –
analogies in homeopathy

Similia Vol 23 No 2 – December 2011

Author: John Caporale ND, DC

Abstract

Hahnemann used examples such as the energy exerted by the moon on our oceanic tides, and the fact that one child with measles, without touching others in the same room, may infect them with measles, to show the dynamic nature of disease. In this article John Caporale is sharing some of the analogies he uses to explain the dynamic effect of homeopathic medicines to his patients.

Keynotes: Analogy, electrons, magnetic field, bar magnet, electromagnetic field.
