Abstract

This is a case of a man who suffered many years of debilitating depression and became well and free from ‘the feeling of devastation’ about his illness in a very short time. This is achieved by way of what I pioneered and termed ‘Integrative Homeopathy’. Integrative Homeopathy (or Soul-Centred Homeopathy), while founded upon Scholten’s Element Theory, is an integration of homeopathy and Jungian Psychology in concept and practice. This combination not only allow us to understand our patients from the depth of their psyche but also to harness the great healing power (essence)  embedded in the earth’s elements – the fundamental building blocks of life. Homeopathy when practised thus radically demarcates from traditional classical homeopathy (repertory dependent). This case attests to the depth and profundity in healing our patients.
