Abstract

This informal article shares the backstory of why the four of us embarked on the journey of exploring the homeopathic workforce in Australia. You will read of our excitement to open the results of the first survey as a team, and come to learn a little about our respective vulnerabilities, drivers and insights in participating in the project. Each of us has a different reason for getting involved and we hope that by sharing our story, it will demystify the process of collaborative inquiry. You will see that we each have diverse backgrounds, but are united in our love for homeopathy, a commitment to
our profession and, strangely enough, our age!
