Similia Vol 37 No 2 – December 2024

Author: Dr E S Khan

Abstract

This case report presents the successful homeopathic treatment of a patient with acute kidney injury (AKI). The patient had a significantly elevated  serum creatinine level of 6.44 mg/dL on 4th June 2024 and was advised to undergo dialysis. A history of diarrhoea led to the administration of China  30C in fractional doses. Remarkable improvement was observed, with the creatinine level decreasing to 0.83 mg/dL within 11 days. This case highlights the potential of homeopathic remedies in managing acute renal conditions.

Keywords: Acute kidney injury, homeopathy, China 30C, serum creatinine, diarrhoea.
