Homeopathic Lac humanum, Gematria and the Number Two

Abstract

Numbers have such powerful appeal that many people ascribe to them a mystical significance. They certainly link to supernatural and mystical notions which underpin the art of Gematria (a numerological system used in mysticism that assigns numerical values to words based on the fixed numerical values of their letters) and physicists use them to explain the machinations of our universe. Beyond that, homeopaths can take into account any information associated with substances that have healing potential, and may keep that in mind when prescribing. So, this thought-piece looks into the threads associated with the Number Two which is a major theme in Lac humanum and defines our species from an evolutionary perspective, and how human milk lays the foundation for the tenets of Hahnemann’s Aphorism 9 to be fulfilled.
