Historical homeopathy archives

Research is the very foundation of homeopathy, as it formed the basis for Hahnemann’s discovery. In 1796, only after years of extensive testing, rigorous observation and research of existing literature did Hahnemann formulate his first Essay on a new principle for ascertaining the curative powers of drugs.

Hahnemann’s contemporaries and successors maintained a lively discussion and debate on his teachings and their own findings in the form of journal articles and letters to the editor. Many of these sources remain relevant for practitioners and students of homeopathy today and are the foundation upon which our current understanding is built.

Below are links to databases which contain a number of scanned copies of original homeopathic journals and articles.

This investigation into homeopathic source archives ‘Records on Homeopathic Physicians in American Archives… details the locations of the writings of many American practitioners as well as biographical materials about them.
