Abstract
‘Correctly understood Hahnemann could be called the ‘Kant of medicine’. Both are corresponding figures in their own fields.’ (Rudolf Tischner, The History of Homoeopathy, New York)
In several previous studies it was concluded that Hahnemann started out very much as an empiricist but later adopted much more metaphysical views. This article looks at the possible influence of Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) on his ideas.
