Dr Whitmont presents an in-depth discussion on the importance of the human microbiome, its connection with chronic inflammatory disease, and how conventional medicine adds to the prevalence of this type of disease. He discusses the role of the microbiome in infectious diseases and how the microbiome provides the key to why some are more prone to infection and sequelae than others.
He goes further to explain how damage to the microbiome can be prevented and repaired, featuring practical considerations and homeopathic solutions.
