Can homeopaths get registered with HICAPS?

The AHA receives regular inquiries about HICAPS from members because their clients would find it very convenient if they could use HICAPS to pay for homeopathic services. While the AHA has tried on several occasions to lobby HICAPS for homeopathy to be included in their scheme, these efforts have not met with success so far.

On behalf of members, the AHA has also been in contact with Suncorp about their HealthPoint terminal solution called iSoft, which provides a similar service.

Both providers unfortunately consider the homeopathic profession as too small for inclusion in the scheme to be worth their while.
