Abstract
Ambra grisea is a known remedy for old people, but it is also has a less well known constitutional picture. In this case I initially prescribed two polychrests to which the patient responded well, but developed a proving symptom. Further work on the case led to a much better prescription, of the less familiar remedy, Ambra grisea.
